There are instances where businesses supplied by us do not have an agreed contract and they will be placed on our ‘deemed contract’ rates. Situations such as this include:
Deemed rates will be charged until such time as a contract/renewal rates are agreed or the supply is transferred to another supplier.

Businesses are placed on our ‘variable business’ rates when their fixed term contract comes to an end and they have not provided a termination notice or agreed the renewal rates offered.

If you move to premises supplied by us, or placed a termination notice and haven’t agreed a contract, you’ll be placed on our deemed contract rates.
Similarly, if your contract ends and you haven’t placed a termination notice, you will revert to our variable business rates.
